About this house rental
Bedding, towels, etc., are not included in the trip price. Additional services available for booking: bedding, towels, high chairs. Pets: permitted if allowed (see description); registration and payment of a flat fee required. Tourist tax: 1.80 euros during the off-season and 3.00 euros per day per adult during the high season. Payment terms: A 25 percent deposit is due within 5 days; remaining balance 21 days before arrival. Baltic Sea air, thatched-roof charm, and the beach right nearby: This cozy vacation home for up to 3 people is in a quiet location and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The South Beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Highlights include a sunny south-facing terrace, a balcony with a direct view of the sea, a double bed (180x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm), a modern bathroom with a shower, free Wi-Fi, and a private parking space. The bright living area, featuring a large window, a cozy sitting area, a TV, and a dining area, invites you to relax. From here, you have direct access to the sunny terrace—perfect for breakfast, a good book, or a relaxing evening. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a balcony, and a sea view. A small desk also provides a workspace with a view. The second bedroom, under the sloped ceiling, features a single bed. Good to know: Non-smoking property; no pets; no barbecuing due to the thatched roof.
