Welcome to Apartment 29 in Building 4 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten”!
Thanks to its unique location, this bright second-floor apartment features a large south-facing window wall. Located right on the beachfront, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed, fantastic ocean view from here and can find a sunny, sheltered spot to relax at any time of day. The balcony is fully furnished: High-back chairs with cushions and a large table under the awning invite you to enjoy your stay outdoors in beautiful weather.
The couch and armchair in the living room offer plenty of space for all guests; a flat-screen TV, stereo system, VCR, and various books provide additional entertainment alongside the magnificent ocean view.
In the bedroom, separated from the living room by a wall of cabinets, you’ll find a double bed (2 × 80 × 200 cm), nightstands, and reading lamps on either side of the bed. The cabinets in the living area provide additional storage space.
The second bedroom features a bed (90 cm × 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a desk.
The fully equipped kitchen features a mini-oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with two freezer compartments. The cozy dining area is located in the living area and offers a direct view of the lake. Open the balcony door and you can hear the sea.
The interior shower room features a heated towel rack, a toilet, a shower with sliding doors, a large lighted mirror cabinet, and storage and shelving areas.
You also have the option to use the garage, where you can easily and safely store your bicycles for free!
Wi-Fi and a parking space are also available to guests.

Complex:
The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the facility’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
