Everything was perfect. The restaurant there made me and my wife feel like we were the only one in the room (we actually were the only ones in the restaurant LOL)
The only thing I would improve is make the size of the rooms a tiny bit bigger but other than that it was a 5 star hotel without a doubt. Me and my wife Jolma Orquena stayed there and if you want a place that is far away from the city and really makes you feel like you are in the mountains this is it. Best time to go is between Nov - Mar when the ski stuff is open. My wife and I went in October so the gondola ride to the Shymbulak ski resort was shut down. As remote as it is, even though we did not see any bears, I would bring bear spray just in case.

We liked the hotel facilities, especially interior design elements - the furniture, books and other art elements. The hotel is very stylish and beautiful.
We liked the restaurant vibe and interior, the breakfast is very good. But when we went for lunch and ordered through a la carte menu, the food was not good and selection was poor. I think they need to work on the restaurant concept and cuisine.
