The Schwaiger Apartment is located on the outskirts of town in a beautiful, sunny setting. You’ll be staying in a spacious vacation apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. The view of the Tauern Mountains and the surrounding mountain landscape is stunning. The owner lives on the first floor. The accommodations are perfect for families. Guests are welcome to use the large garden, which features playground equipment, a play tower, a sandbox, a trampoline, and a private barbecue area. Private parking spaces are available.
The nearest shops and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The Rauris Hochalmbahnen are located in the immediate vicinity.
In summer, the apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, and mountain tours, and in winter for downhill and cross-country skiing.

I’m offering a vacation rental for up to 10 people with plenty of space for the (extended) family and friends, featuring beautiful views from the balconies and terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. Plus, a separate living room with plenty of seating for relaxing. 5 beautiful double bedrooms (some with a sink and TV), 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, bed linens, towels, hair dryer, and washing machine.
On-site costs: Bed linens and towel sets are included per person. Basic supplies such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and standard spices, vinegar, oil, etc., are gladly provided. A crib is available upon request. An extra bed is available only for children. Please let the property know your estimated arrival time in advance. To do so, use the “Special Requests” field when booking or contact the property directly. Pets allowed upon request.
