About this apartment rental
We offer a spacious 180 m² vacation apartment that sleeps up to 10 people, featuring a balcony with a magnificent view and top-quality, custom-built furnishings.
A fully equipped kitchen featuring:
refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, pots, pans, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, dishes, and silverware
Additional amenities include:
TV, Wi-Fi, safe, bed linens, towels, hair dryer, etc.
Available rooms:
• 2 double bedrooms
• 1 double bedroom with a small bathroom
• 1 children’s room for up to 3 children
• 1 separate bathroom
• 1 separate restroom
• 1 sofa bed in the living room
Optional add-ons:
• 1 double room with shower/restroom and satellite TV on the 1st floor of the house (one-time fee of €200).
Our family-run country house is located in the center of Rauris, just a short walk from the village center. The nearest restaurants and shops are only a 2-minute walk away. Tennis courts, a curling rink, and a sports field are 50 meters away.
The Kreuzboden chairlift and the Waldalmbahn are in the immediate vicinity.
The Rauris Hochalmbahnen are just a few minutes’ walk away, and the stop for the free ski bus is 100 meters away.
The Landhaus Goldgräber is an ideal starting point in the summer for hikes and mountain tours in the beautiful Rauris Valley, and in the winter, it’s the perfect starting point for skiing at the Rauris Hochalmbahnen.
Starting in 2027, during the summer months (May 1–October 31), you can enjoy the attractive benefits of the National Park Summer Card.
Every guest (ages 3 and up) receives a card, including
