Overlooking the Strait of Georgia and Sunshine Coast, our spacious four-bedroom suite in North Nanaimo’s Hammond Bay invites you to gather, rest, and reconnect. Sip coffee on your private balcony, share meals in the full kitchen, and return from a coastal walk to a welcoming place to call home. With two full bathrooms and space for up to eight guests, the suite is a comfortable base for families and friends exploring Vancouver Island.

ROOM TO GATHER, SPACE TO REST
Spend unhurried mornings over coffee, linger over dinner, or settle into the living room as the light changes across the water. The open kitchen and dining area make it easy to enjoy time together, while four separate bedrooms offer a comfortable place to rest:
• Bedroom 1: one queen bed
• Bedroom 2: one king bed
• Bedroom 3: two single beds
• Bedroom 4: one queen bed

EVERYDAY COMFORTS
The full kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, cookware, and dishes. Two full bathrooms and in-suite laundry add everyday ease to your stay. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, heating, and air conditioning, or step onto your private ocean-view balcony/deck for a breath of coastal air.

YOUR OWN SELF-CONTAINED SUITE
Guests have exclusive use of the suite on the middle floor of our three-storey detached house, with a separate entrance, full kitchen, in-suite laundry, and private balcony/deck. The entrance is on the side of the house and is reached by outdoor stairs. This reservation is for the suite, rather than the entire house.

My husband and I live on the upper level, above the suite. We are the only two people living on that level and make every effort to keep household noise to a minimum so you can enjoy a restful stay.

PRIVACY, WITH HELP CLOSE AT HAND
We want you to feel at home, with the freedom to enjoy your own space. Out of respect for your privacy, we generally leave you to enjoy your stay and only meet in person when needed. If you have questions or need assistance, please reach out through Vrbo Messages—we are happy to help.

EXPLORE HAMMOND BAY AND NANAIMO
Discover the shoreline at nearby Neck Point and Pipers Lagoon parks, wander local trails, or head downtown to enjoy Nanaimo’s waterfront. After a day out, return to your own ocean-view retreat in this peaceful North Nanaimo neighbourhood.

A FEW DETAILS TO HELP YOU PLAN
• Smart-lock self check-in is available after 4:00 p.m.; checkout is before 11:00 a.m.
• Outdoor stairs lead to the entrance. Please consider this if anyone in your group has limited mobility, use the handrails, and supervise children around the stairs.
• Maximum occupancy is eight registered guests, including children.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
• No pets, parties, smoking, or vaping are permitted.
