About this apartment rental
The 52 m² non-smoking vacation apartment is located on the first floor, is accessible from the courtyard, and is ideal for 2 people. The living area features an open, well-equipped kitchen and a dining table with chairs. There is also a cozy corner sofa with side tables and a flat-screen TV. The bright, contemporary bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, and an additional flat-screen TV. In the bathroom, guests will find a shower, toilet, and a modern sink with a mirror cabinet. The entryway is equipped with a coat rack and a mirror. Built-in floor heating provides cozy warmth in the winter and helps cool the room in the summer. Wi-Fi, parking, and bike storage (including a power outlet) are included in the final price.
Our four-sided courtyard was completely renovated between 2019 and 2021 and welcomed its first guests in 2022 . The 5 vacation apartments are lovingly and tastefully furnished.
The furnished courtyard and the barbecue area in the garden are available to our guests.
Upon request, guests can use our event barn, which accommodates up to 35 people, for events such as business meetings, seminars, family gatherings, or wedding celebrations. The space features an 85-inch screen and a fully equipped open kitchen.
On the fenced-in property, there is a bike carport with a charging station, which our guests can use to store their bicycles.
If you don’t bring your own bicycle, you can rent up to 4 bicycles from us for a fee.
Payment on site with a debit or credit card is not possible.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 06:00 to 11:00.
