Enjoy a comfortable atmosphere in this non-smoking vacation apartment, which was newly renovated in 2024 and features a light-filled, modern design and the latest technology. Here you can spend relaxing days.

The vacation apartment features a living/dining area and a separate bathroom. In the bedroom, you’ll sleep in a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm). A travel crib can be set up.

The modern and inviting bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet.

You can prepare your meals on the outdoor grill or in the spacious and fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove and oven, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. Afterward, enjoy your meals in the open living area or outdoors.

You can relax on the spacious, partially covered south-facing terrace on comfortable patio furniture or on the sun loungers in your own private, enclosed garden area with an unobstructed view of the natural landscape.

Of course, satellite TV (2 sets) and free Wi-Fi are available to you. You also have free access to parking spaces and a bike storage room with lockable bike racks, charging stations for e-bikes, and a small DIY repair corner.

Towels and bed linens (linens package) can be booked for a small fee.

Pets (up to 60 cm shoulder height) are allowed in the “TIMO” vacation rental (add-on required). Please be sure to contact us regarding bringing pets before your arrival.

Note on vacations with dogs:
- No “listed” dog breeds are permitted
- Maximum of 1 dog; the dog must be well-socialized, as the landlord may allow it to roam freely on the property
- Dogs must be kept on a leash
- Dog height limited to 0.60 m
- Dogs must be declared at the time of booking
- Accommodation for dogs is subject to a fee
- Amenities: Water bowl, towels, and a place to clean your dog’s paws are provided
- Meadows and the lake are within walking distance—the property is fenced, and the garden is available for use

The swimming beach at Sedlitzer Lake is about 250 m from your accommodation. Camping and RV sites are available upon request.

You can also book the YANNIC and FLORIS Tiny Houses on short notice and for just one night. Showers and restrooms for these stays are located in the shared
restroom area (approx. 20 m away), and you can prepare your own food in the small shared kitchen (microwave only).
