It is located on the first floor of the vacation complex and is accessible only via a spiral staircase. With approximately 34 m² of space, the apartment features a combined living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious, furnished rooftop terrace—everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The distance to the Rerik Lagoon is about 400 meters, and the Baltic Sea beach is about 850 meters away.
In the combined living and sleeping area, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (2x 90 x 200 cm). Two cozy armchairs invite you to enjoy relaxing evenings in front of the flat-screen TV. A spacious wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. The curtains serve both as privacy screens and to darken the windows. From the living area, you have a view of the Rerik Lagoon over the rooftops and through the treetops.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker. The dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals.
The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror. A hair dryer rounds out the bathroom amenities. The entire vacation rental has easy-to-maintain tile flooring.
