This lovingly and fully equipped vacation apartment is wheelchair-accessible and located on the first floor of the
Residenz Leuchtturm in the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik.
The Residenz Leuchtturm on Kröpeliner Straße is located in the heart of Rerik. Shopping, banks, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, a hair salon, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, and a shopping street… are all in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful marina is also just a few minutes’ walk away. It stands out for its proximity to the Baltic Sea, just about 300 meters away.

The living room is flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling French doors and offers direct access to the spacious southeast-facing terrace. The adjoining open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pod coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave.
The flooring in the living areas features a modern vinyl design, and the bathroom/toilet is tiled.
The large full bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
The two bedrooms are very spacious and can accommodate 4 people with an extra bed for a small child.
The large bedroom I features a double bed (180x200 cm), and bedroom II has two single beds (90x200 cm each).
