Overall I don’t like it

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vortex Suites KLCC by Star Super. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations at all. One of my biggest concerns is the additional charges for almost everything. When I made my booking through Booking.com, I did not see clear information about these extra charges. However, after arriving, I discovered additional fees for parking and even for using the swimming pool. These unexpected costs were very disappointing and made the overall experience frustrating. The cleanliness was another major issue. The room was not properly cleaned, and the housekeeping service did not meet acceptable standards. For the price paid, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable environment. I was also disappointed that I could not extend my stay for another day, which made the experience even more inconvenient. Overall, I feel that the information about additional charges should be clearly stated before guests make a reservation. Guests deserve transparency, proper cleanliness, and good service without unexpected surprises after arrival. Sadly, I would not choose to stay here again, and I would advise future guests to check all additional charges and facilities carefully before booking. This experience was far below my expectations, and I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and improves its service.
