We had a great stay at the apartment with our family. It was comfortable and well located, just a short distance from the Petronas Towers. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again.
Very cooperative and easy to communicate.
Everything was great.

The room was spacious, clean and the location was good.
The check-in time was 3 pm onwards, which is quiet strange. In most places it starts after 12 pm. The staff were unresponsive for requests for early check-in. And when they responded after 3 hours, charged extra even for a couple of hours early check-in. Also, during checkout, requested for an extra day and the rate demanded for 1 day was high. It was as if they wanted to take advantage of my situation. Felt they were a tad unethical.
Also, was there for 5 days but not once did anyone come for clean up.
