For the one night we stayed here, it was fine.the bed was very high making it difficult to get into bed and was actually quite uncomfortable. The room was clean, the bathroom was well equipped and clean and the location was great for what we wanted but would not like to stay there for a week. The staff were all lovely, helpful and very professional. Breakfast was nice too and a bonus as did not realise it was free.
The bed, very uncomfortable but we were there for 1 night so it was ok.

It is easy to find Westward from the A30. It is always a reliable half way stop off overnight stop, with plenty of disabled parking. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. The bedrooms are always clean and beds are very comfortable, with everything you could need - even irons, ironing board and suitcase racks. The free self-service breakfasts are wonderful

Beds were clean & comfortable. Was told there was a discount code for parking after I had paid. Bathroom could do with a bit of an update. My main issue was the cleanliness of the crockery at breakfast - the plates & bowls just weren’t clean (if you ran your hand over them they were covered in bits but they looked clean) - clearly an issue with the dishwasher.
