Almost everything!
Communication with the owner! Simple clear and on time. Great tips and when the things he suggest/offer like taxi etc is the same price you would get on the street. Take it!!!!
Bed and sofa bed are comfortable.
Great location. Sand 200 meters. The beach i like to go swim 5-10 min walking south.
Nice restaurant nearby and affordable (churrasqueira Salrei and Italian restaurants next door)
The cosy feeling and the house has all the things you need for a short stay.
Internet signal is great.

Overall facilities compared with other apartments is better (in same building i visited another apartment and this was better)

Medical kit (just in case)
No elevator. Think this is the major drawback if you come with luggage or not a fan of stairs.
There is AC In the leaving room but not in the room. For those picky ones and if you come on those super hot days just be prepared (because in Boa Vista most apartments are hot but this one, because is faces north is cooler you will be ok)
Still with the above mentions i would recommend you to book with Gualter & Jessica! This apartment for the current price delivers all you need and more making your experience in Boa Vista Saltei even better
