Beautiful, clean, near the beach and of everything you may need. The communication was excellent, Jose provided good transfers and sugestions, everything went smooth
There is a construction near buy. Also, if people talks out loud at the stairs, it’s heard in one of the rooms that is closer. That did not happen during the night, we slept well. But I if you like to sleep until late, there may be some noise

Great location, good communication with Jose and the apartment had everything we needed
An air-con or extra fans would be good but not that much of a big deal

The apartment is fabulous. Nice and clean. We spent there one night but looked well equipped.
There is noaircondition there what we thought we will survive with open windows, which was a huge mistake without use mosquito repellent.
Also lots of constructions around and workers started to work with huge noise at 6 am! That wasnt a plesent wake up.

Jose did a Great service and always easy to contact. The decoration was nice.
We stayed at the Apartment ground floor at it was super noisy because of some Filter or Generator outside in the floor. Also the Garden view was Kind of joke because it was a view of a Trash Place and all the Trash was flying around. Also that there are a lot of Building stations should be announced in the Booking Informations.
