About this apartment rental
Welcome home. This is my Parisian studio, located in the 7th arrondissement, that I have completely renovated and that I am happy to entrust to you. You are a 2-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, the Champ de Mars and the Trocadero, in the most visited district of Paris, and yet in a street where we really live.
The atmosphere
I chose an anthracite and wood palette, clean lines and built-in storage that leaves the floor clear. The lights are on dimmer, which changes all evening: you go from a bright light for cooking to something much softer for the end of the evening. The bed is comfortable for two people, with USB sockets on each side, enough to charge your phone without looking for an extension cord. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen
It is open to the living room and allows you to really cook, not just to reheat: hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with capsules, complete crockery for two, utensils, board and knives. In Paris, being able to have a real dinner every other night seriously changes the budget of a stay.
The bathroom
Private, with a shower, a well-lit mirror, a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. There is also a washing machine and laundry, very practical as soon as you stay several nights or go on to another destination. You leave with a clean suitcase.
To work
A desk allows you to set up properly, with fiber wifi. If you come to Paris for a few days of work, you can do your video calls in the morning and go for a walk along the Champ de Mars at noon.

The studio is on the first floor, with a window overlooking the courtyard and not the street. You don't hear the avenue, and you don't have a single staircase to climb with your suitcases, which is rare in an old Parisian building.
What you have exactly
The entire accommodation, to yourself. Kitchen, powder room and living space are all inside the studio, nothing is shared with anyone. The photos are exactly what you will find when you arrive, I took them as is.
The neighborhood
The 7th is one of the quietest and best kept neighborhoods in Paris, while keeping the great monuments at bay to operate. On foot from the studio, you reach the Eiffel Tower, the Champ de Mars, the banks of the Seine, the Trocadero, the Invalides and the Rodin Museum. Walking along the river, you arrive at the Musée d'Orsay and then the Louvre.
At the bottom of the street, there is a bakery, a café and a grocery store. Rue Cler and its market, like Rue Saint-Dominique, are lined with cheese shops, wine merchants, cafes and local restaurants. A pharmacy is a few minutes away, with extended hours.
On the transport side, several metro stations, the RER C, bus lines and a self-service bike station are within working distance. Orly and Roissy can be reached without complicated connections.
It's a real living area, where you meet as many Parisians as visitors. The streets remain busy and lit up in the evening, which makes the return pleasant after a dinner or a show.

My name is Alexis, I live in Paris and I take care of this studio myself. You can set up at a time that suits you, without appointments or waiting, and you have all the useful information before coming. I answer your messages throughout the stay, without ever imposing myself: you are at home.
I've traveled enough to know what really matters: a comfortable bed, a wifi that lasts, an impeccable accommodation, and no gap between photos and reality. That's exactly what I'm aiming for here.
I know this neighborhood well, so don't hesitate to ask me where to have a coffee in the morning, which bakery is worth a visit, or where to have a decent dinner in the evening without paying the tourist price. I have my addresses and I gladly share them.
