As others have mentioned, the location is excellent. There are plenty of places to eat or shop for essentials close by. Including a shop selling South Asian staples like basmati rice, Indian restaurants and halal places too like Eiffel Burger. Best to search halal in reviews since this is never openly advertised.
The place was immaculately clean - I've stayed in apartments before and it's in the places which are overlooked like the inside of the microwave or corners of the room. But here, it was all spotlessly clean.
There's enough kitchen equipment for a light meal and washing liquid and sponge for cleaning up.
Beds were comfortable, including the sofa-bed which was a good double in size. They were kind enough to have the sofa bed all set up for our late arrival so we could get to be quickly.
Smart TV with netflix, disney plus that you can use your logins for (just remember to log out when you leave). Table and chairs for dining, so you can keep costs down for eating out. Heating was easy to operate and warmed the apartment nicely. Shower room had hair drier, toilet tissue, shampoo, shower gel and hand wash - no conditioner in case you require it.
Uber was easy to get. Local buses are within walking distance although we didn't have much luck with them. And metro is also walking distance.
Overall, this place made the perfect launch pad for our sightseeing adventures. And it was very safe, being away from where the protests were taking place.
Top tips - book your Eiffel Tower ticket in advance especially if you're intending to go to the summit. Bateaux Parissien boat cruises depart closest from the apartment directly in front of the Eiffel Tower. Definitely try the goodies from the boulangeries back at the apartment for tea time - I packed some tea and coffee from home and just bought some milk from the supermarket.
The wifi was excellent or non existent - it didn't make a difference to our trip since we were mostly out and had adequate data roaming.
The walk up to apartment is a little tricky and dark, if you have reduced mobility or younger children in tow, so worth being careful.
I would have appreciated a hand towel for the shower room, and an additional towel ( 3 bath towels provided).
And additional blanket so the kids didn't end up have duvet battles during the night.
Shower room is small but we managed perfectly fine (someone taller and larger in frame may struggle).
None of the above would put me off recommending or booking again.
