The space for this unit is good. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Fully air conditioned and has air purifier in all rooms.
Hair dryer provided in both rooms. No iron / ironing board.
Kitchen equipped with microwave / kettle / stove / pot / pan / plates / cups / chopsticks / spoons /... utensils.
Nice big 2 door fridge, good to store food and drinks.
Washer and dryer inside the unit.
Big living room equipped with KTV system. Need to use translator app as controls are in local language only.
Great for gathering.
Suitable for young people.
Note: Only small towels provided (local style)
BBQ area with tentage located above the unit with stairs access. Basically, you have both level 3 & 4.
Host communicates in local language so do have a translation app handy to obtain instructions and communicate.
1st room has window with no view, totally blocked. 2nd room has view of street, and window is see through, the street can also see you ;). Good thing curtains are provided.
Bed is very soft and tends to sink in at the sides.
Located on the 3rd floor of building. No lift so it's stairs all the way up. Not recommended for large heavy luggage.
Toilet floor always flooded as water does not flow into drain hole. The water slope goes towards toilet bowl instead of drain hole, so prepare for wet feet. Also, a big high step from living room to toilet (double the usual height of a single step). May be challenging for people with knee problems.
Flooring feels weird as certain part sinks in when walking.
Access from stair well to unit across the open garden area with no shelter. Needs umbrella when rains. However, no umbrella provided.
