The location was perfect, so close to the station and convenient. The apartment itself is absolutely luxurious, beautiful bedrooms, amazing views, comfortable beds. We had the best time and the children loved it! We had the best time in Busan and cannot wait to return someday. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone!
The only thing that could be improved upon was the check in which was a little confusing. However, security helped us to sort it very quickly and we received the QR code for the lift then after the guide came to assist us.

Loved the big spacious room and clean bathroom and toilet. Beautiful views. Provision of toiletries is very generous. Fantastic location, that was the highlight as Busan Station is literally at your foot steps. Made our very early morning transit to train station very convenient.
Check in process could have been a bit smoother if the emails were sent appropriately. I was expected to check in without being sent the link to check in and then the information like QR code to check in to access lift was being held back. It was very confusing how to verify my identity and I kept checking my emails and messages wondering if I had missed anything but apparently there was no email for identification verification until I personally messaged the host. After that, the entire stay was lovely

The location is excellent. The rooms very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. It was an excellent urban stay
It would have been good to have English instructions for the master control unit and also other appliances.

The apartment itself is very nice, modern, and well maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for. The location is fine for a short stay, although for a longer visit, I would probably prefer somewhere a little more central.
Unfortunately, despite the excellent first impression, our overall experience turned out to be one of the worst we have ever had at a hotel/apt.
Upon arrival, we found a significant amount of hair in the bathroom, to the point that we had to ask the staff to clean it again. They agreed, and when we left the room, we specifically informed the staff that it would be a good opportunity to take care of it. They acknowledged our request and assured us that it would be done.
However, when we returned, we found the exact same hair in the exact same spots. It was immediately obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned again at all.
When we raised the issue with the staff, we received nothing but generic, standard responses. What made the situation particularly frustrating was the complete lack of concern, initiative, or accountability. Although they offered to clean the bathroom again, it was already late, and we simply wanted to enjoy our two days in Busan rather than spend more time dealing with this issue. In the end, we cleaned the bathroom ourselves.
Mistakes can happen at any hotel/apt., and we would have been understanding had the staff acknowledged the oversight and made a genuine effort to resolve it. Instead, we were left feeling that our concerns simply did not matter.
It is a real shame, because the property itself has a lot going for it. However, a modern, well-equipped hotel is only as good as the cleanliness and service it provides. Unfortunately, the lack of basic housekeeping standards and the staff’s indifferent attitude overshadowed everything else.
A hotel/apt. with great potential, but an experience that fell far below expectations.
