Here you are in Cathar Country, a region rich in heritage and unspoiled landscapes. The Benedictine Abbey of Lagrasse, founded around the year 800, the cobbled streets, local artisans, and the banks of the Orbieu River offer an authentic immersion. Less than 30 minutes away, the medieval city of Carcassonne awaits, and the Mediterranean beaches are accessible in under an hour. All amenities are available in Lagrasse: restaurants, bakery, grocery store, newsagent, and tourist office. This semi-detached rural gîte, located on a working vineyard and farm, is equipped to accommodate up to 10 people. It is ideal for family gatherings or holidays with friends, with the possibility of renting several accommodations on the property. On the ground floor, it comprises: - a separate, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator), - a living room and a comfortable dining area, - a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: 3 single beds (90x190cm). - Bedroom 2: 3 single beds (90x190cm). - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x190cm) that can be joined to make a double bed (180cm). - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (90x190cm) that can be joined to make a double bed (180cm). - Separate bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a courtyard with a shaded pergola. The shared outdoor swimming pool (17 x 7 m, 2 m deep), open from May to September and secured by barriers, is accessible to all guests.
