Here, you’ll take the time to live life at nature’s pace. Located in a quiet, lush area of the Minervois, L’Estagnol is ideally situated for exploring the region’s natural and cultural treasures: strolls along the canal, a visit to Lake Jouarres just 12 km away, and hikes around Caunes and its red marble quarries. Nature lovers will be delighted: walking trails, birds, cicadas, olive trees, and garrigue create a soothing and vibrant setting. The guesthouse is part of a farmhouse occupied by the owners, who live nearby and are ready to give you a warm welcome. The accommodations are simple and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a friendly and authentic experience—a charming country retreat that opens up to the lively outdoors, brought to life by the surrounding nature. The cottage opens onto a large shaded patio with patio furniture and a barbecue. _A kitchen-dining room, _A comfortable living room with a TV, _A laundry room with a washing machine, _A separate restroom, _A bathroom with a shower stall, Upstairs: _Two bedrooms, each with a 140-cm bed, _A bedroom with three 90-cm beds, _A bedroom with one 140-cm bed and one 90-cm bed, _A separate toilet, _A bathroom with a shower stall, Outside, a grassy yard with a swing set for children, a pergola, and an above-ground pool (10x5m), open in July and August and shared with a second vacation rental. Parking is available in front of the cottage. During cold weather, oil-fired central heating is available at an additional cost (€13/day), to be paid directly to the owner.
