We did not receive the service we paid for, and we have still not received our money back.

We wanted to stay from September 15th, but when we arrived, the host informed us that everything was occupied and that they would not be able to accommodate us, even though we had made the apartment reservation well in advance. The host told us that the full amount we had paid would be refunded, but we still have not received any response or refund. We paid €75 for the reservation, but in the end, we received neither the accommodation nor a refund.

We hope to receive a full refund, and we sincerely hope that this situation will not happen to other guests in the future.

SCAMMER

Nothing...

If you want to be scammed go ahead with this acommodation. Host sent me a message right after reserved and paid unit that he is busy and full. After all did not answered at all on a couple of sent messages to cancel reservation and brought funds back to me. At the last I stayed without acommodation and money. Booking should cancel his licence immediately and permanently.

10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

Tutto nuovissimo e pulitissimo!
