A comfortable and clean apartment in an excellent location, surrounded by many shops and restaurants, and less than a few minutes from Schönhauser Allee station. Many amenities were provided, along with some very nice personal touches. It's well suited for either a business trip or a young couple's getaway.
There were no breakfast bowls or wine glasses among the kitchenware. I would have also liked some extra pillows on the bed (two instead of one for each person)

We were really positive surprised by Prenzl Place. You can immediately see that everything is quite new and very well looked after. The room and furniture was in a great condition and we felt comfortable from the beginning.
We really liked the Essential Closet, where you can get fresh towels and other useful things whenever you need. We never saw something like this in a hotel before. The washing machines and dryers were also very practical, especially when staying for a few more days.
Everything was easy and uncomplicated and worked good. We would definitely come again.
