The view from the room from the 7th floor was superb,, the location by Alexander platz was convenient to use either public transport or find Bolt car in the area and park easily any time, and the breakfast service (5 stars for variety of food!) is worth every penny you pay for the stay.
Take into account that the abovementioned great breakfast is provided till 11:00, but most of the crowds on weekends come before 9 at the same time.
Booking a DBL room, but getting TWN, where beds just moved together, not connected with attachment so they would stay together+ missing Double blanket (had 2 Single sized blankets), no shampoo (only shower gel and soap available).

The hotel has excellent conditions in its category. The location is fantastic.
The remote for the TV works terribly badly :)

The location was good and the breakfast was ok.
The reception staff were very helpful and professional. However, one member of the cleaning staff showed a poor attitude when we requested bed sheets, and overall the hotel was not clean.
