We needed to be near Hackney for an event and this was great for us.

Clean and accessible for what we needed. Family had room enough to sleep with small kids. It was affordable and well within our expectations.

Lack of common area due to it being used as bedroom. Accessibility down to lower level was ok for us but worrisome with any mobility issues. Cats in the area leave an unpleasant odor. Overground not remotely reliable which is its primary access into London. I wouldn't blame management for these things though.

Was offered compensation for the place not being cleaned have heard nothing since. Diabolical. Would not recommend

It was close to where we needed to be. Wouldn’t recommend otherwise

The rust around the bath, the place wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, told the cleaner was there already and would be for a little while after, no cleaner was there, then arrived and told half an hour to be finished. Over an hour later he left.
