I had a great stay here for one night - it was much more spacious than a hotel room and had everything you needed and it was clean. Mariah was super helpful in the lead up to my stay and the communication with the codes and how to access the building was great.
Shower pressure was slightly weak, was a bit noisy.

Great location, and so easy to get to - the national express dropped us literally a 1 minute walk of the place at Bethnal Green. And it was comfy and well done up and lots of space - and the host was very quick to answer any questions and kept in touch. Will say - it's up 3 flights of stairs with no lift. Wasn't an issue for us, but might be for some people if it isn't made clear.
There was some issue with cleaner times - we had to wait an hour after check in time because there was an issue with facilities, and so they offered us a late check out as an apology which was great, but a cleaner came in at 11am, which wasn't ideal as we were still asleep so clearly hadn't been communicated. However, that is a very particular situation. Also it has a sliding door over the bathroom with a little crack in it so not the most private bathroom in the world, but it's only small things, I would stay there again, it was a great spot.

A very convenient location; it was easy to get anywhere by metro.
The apartment was clean, and Ms. Mariah was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Once inside it was clean and peaceful .However the coffee machine provided nepresso used round capsules which were not readily available in Tesco,Sainsbury etc So if you like your coffee perhaps good to know to bring some .
Getting in was at times difficult as code on front door was difficult to use as necessary to turn lock when code wouldn’t enter completely! The stairs 86 of them would certainly be difficult if you had heavy luggage . The shower was not consistently warm and would go cold instantly.
