Room was clean with pleasant smell. The surrounding was good and safe parking place. Staff was good and attended whenever needed. If you just go to the main road (around 100 meters), you will be able to see some restaurants and KFC.
Although I had booked for 3 days with breakfast, we didn't get the breakfast for the last day. This has never happened to anywhere. One of those days, I had asked them to put some soaps and clean the room but, this is what they did - cleaned the floor, didn't pick up the trash (just some papers, plastic and wrappers) from the bin and they didn't take the plates from the breakfast. We had to throw them out on both the days. One more thing, who puts a jug of water without any cups. This is something where a service becomes exceptional.
I think, either they need to ask and tell us what, when OR how they follow these. It is not a complaint, it is just a point that they can think about for other customers.
