Breakfast was awesome, large spread was noted very tasty, Also we tried other restaurant as well. Food was really tasty, best part is your staff, very helpful, always treat us with a smile, best hospitality service I have ever seen, We wanted to change the room and it was done super fast, special thanks to Ms Sariga and other staff as well. who taken care of us since beginning till the end. Thanks alot for one of the best experience in Hyatt.
Pool experience, very crowded with coaching for
Kids, can't enjoy in the pool due to these swimming classes, should not involve these kind of activities.it will underate your hotel.all other experiences were perfect.

Always love the pool and a great hot bath- hot water and a movie- those were great as we come to relax!
Service was poor-- 3 calls for water for our room. We also had the door catch at the lock and struggled to open it for 25 mins so that was stressful. Our favorite spots are Mahabaliprium resorts- you can't compare their service, but this is an easier location. Check in at the Hyatt is stressful each time, they lack efficiency and friendliness which is a downer when entering.
