The location gave me easy access to Central London, where my business was.
There was no microwave in the room, which made it difficult to heat up food. I had to ask a neighbour to warm the food, which wasn't right.

They really look after this apartment and guests, all the ameneties were included as listed and they respond well on Whatsapp should you need something.

Superb Location, If you are staying in London and need a place that is situated near a famous high street like the Royal Borough of Chelsea and Kensington, then this will be an Ideal option. Pubs, Pastery shops and some of the best Resturants are just up the street.

Did not get to see any staff on the property.
The bed mattress is weak and completely worn out, begging for retirement. it won't be a bad to spend a little token to replace the mattress. In this business, the conform of your guest should be priority.
The shower cubicle door is broken or damaged (not in place). I could not see the impact of using shower curtain that could not prevent water spilling out to the shower cubicle. Also found discomforting is the broken or damaged shower rose..... bathing in that bathroom was not what you would wanted to experience, but then I had to make do with it. After all I could not get refund for the poor service.
In summary having a good maintenance culture and small investment would help to put the room in a better state than what I experienced
