Check-in was seamless, and the reception staff were very helpful and accommodated our request for an early check-in. The hotel was new, clean and spacious, with a lift a big plus! the aesthetic was beautiful. There were lovely restaurants and cafes nearby, and easy access to public transport made getting to the main attractions and shopping areas convenient. Will surely come back here if we ever visit Lisbon again. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment. Clean, modern and spacious. All equipment was new. Also staff helpful and daily clean of the apartment was a bonus.
Couple of small things, in particular if you provide a washing machine and dishwasher, then please provide the detergent as well. Buy your own is a strange response given they typically come in large quantities which is impractical for a short stay.
Also a spare additional toilet role wouldn’t go amiss!
