Lovely apartment, bright and nice furniture, lot of space.

There was a lot to love about this location! It's centrally located in Lisbon, making it easy to walk to many destinations. There are plenty of grocery stores along the street, a breakfast café next door with great lattes, and a mom-and-pop restaurant serving delicious Bacalhau com Natas. The building has an elevator, and the residents were friendly.
The apartment itself is HUGE, attractive, and has the most spacious bathroom I've experienced in this type of accommodation. The Wi-Fi and A/C worked great, and the apartment was equipped with all the necessary appliances. One word of caution: the washing machine runs much hotter and longer than I'm accustomed to in the US, and I unfortunately ruined a few pieces of clothing.
Noise was an issue due to nearby construction and the sushi restaurant downstairs when setting up or breaking down outdoor furniture. The cleaning could also be much better, as I found a significant amount of hair in the apartment on my first day. The bed was just inches from the floor, which could be difficult for guests with mobility issues, and the sofa was broken, luckily I didn't need it.

The space of the apartment is more than our expectation and there have a very good oven and washing machine provided.
Their maintenance is not up to standard, you can find some bad smell of the banklet and the small room, there are broken corner wall footing in the room that's is dangerous for the children. You can't expect they only provide one roll kitchen paper & two cubes of dish detergent for your family staying there for three nights. You can't stop the water coming out to the floor when you take bath in the shower room.
You have to clean and dry up the bathroom after shower each time. We have to put cover blanket under the sun for removing the bad smell at least two days otherwise forget to using it.
