A new and well-maintained property. The photos accurately represent the apartments, and the place was clean, quiet, and peaceful overall. The stay was comfortable and relaxing. Fresh towels, clean linen, and good bedding were provided. Highly recommended for couples and families with children.
Room cleaning could be improved, as visible dust was present in the bedroom. Bathroom cleaning also needs more attention. Basic kitchen utensils, such as spoons and forks, were not provided.

We had an absolutely wonderful family stay! Everything exceeded our expectations—from the exceptional comfort and top-notch facilities to the incredibly warm and attentive staff. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.
We had a wonderful stay—everything was great, and the rooms are fantastic and spacious! We only have two small suggestions for improvement: adding a speed regulator for the ceiling fan (as it ran constantly on high and could get a bit chilly) and placing a small floor mat outside the bathroom to help keep the room clean. Overall, a lovely experience!

Blue Gate Apartment is a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained property in a convenient location in Alappuzha. The apartment has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, making it a lovely place to stay with family. The staff were friendly, courteous, and approachable, which added to our positive experience. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness, attractive interiors, and overall ambience of the apartment.
While we appreciated our stay at Blue Gate Apartment in Alappuzha, we felt that a few basic amenities could have been provided to make the experience more comfortable.
Only towels were supplied, with no toiletries available. The kitchen had a limited number of plates, glasses, and mugs, but lacked cutlery, dishwashing detergent, and cleaning cloths. Ironing facilities were also not available.
When booking an apartment for a family stay, guests would generally expect these basic essentials, particularly when kitchen facilities are provided.
We hope the management will consider adding these amenities, as they would make a meaningful difference to the comfort and convenience of future guests.
