Worst ever in my 5th time house boat safari.

Like the beauty of alleppey, and the dinner and breakfast also good.

Houseboat Review – Disappointing Experience Our houseboat experience was disappointing, mainly due to poor service and a lack of cleanliness. Lunch Delay: Lunch was not served until 2:50 PM, even after two reminders. They were told that the fish fry was still cooking, but when served, the dish was not even hot. Welcome Drink: Don't expect a fruit juice as a welcome drink. It was not what we expected. Booking Agent: The booking contact was very responsive, even late at night, until the payment was completed. However, after receiving the payment, he stopped answering calls and has not called back despite our attempts to contact him. Cruising Time: The actual cruising time was shorter than what was promised before payment. Room Cleanliness: We found long hairs on the bed upon check-in. The linen provided also appeared to have been used previously, raising serious concerns about hygiene. Overall: The service, cleanliness, food arrangements, and cruising duration did not meet our expectations. The booking agent's lack of communication after receiving payment made the experience even worse. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its service for future guests. Based on our experience, I would advise others to clarify all inclusions and timings before making a payment.
