The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. Accesible to many establishments.
Less options of TV channels and the wifi signal is weak.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The security guards also went the extra mile by assisting us with our luggage and acting like bellboys, even though it’s not part of their designated job duties. We sincerely appreciate all their courtesy, kindness, and assistance.
All are fine, but if you book multiple rooms for a group like us, especially a family, our experience was really frustrating. The access card only works for the floor where your room is located, and we were given rooms on three different floors. This made it very difficult for us to check on one another, especially since we had elderly family members staying in different rooms whom we needed to look after.
