The front desk who helped me check was very nice and helpful.

Overall, we had a good two-week stay at Astoria Plaza. Check-in and our entire stay were smooth, and the staff were pleasant.
My only concerns were that the kitchen sink didn’t have hot water, which was inconvenient for a longer stay. Also, we booked a two-bedroom suite, but it only came with one complimentary parking space. For a two-bedroom unit that can accommodate multiple guests, it would make more sense to include at least two parking spaces or offer an additional one at a discounted rate.
Other than those issues, we had a comfortable stay.

Location excellent; unit size is big for 2BR just needs some renovation of the hotel. Staff are nice; they make sure to cater all the needs of guests- . I found cockroaches and requested a different unit and they attended it right away. But overall; their good except it needs renovation some unit to avoid cockroaches
