Located on the 5th floor of a modernist building, it has a lift.

It consists of:
- an entrance
- a large living-dining-kitchen room (45 m2) with balcony
- a master bedroom of 20m2 with a bed (160 cm), good bedding
- a second bedroom with a bed (1'0 cm), good bedding + desk
- bathroom with bathtub and sink (+ washing machine)
- separate toilets
- the sofa can be used as a single bed for one person (it is comfortable)
- baby cot on request
Possibility of Parking in the building. on request (25€ per day)

It is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Gas hob, oven and all utensils for cooking.
Crockery and linen provided.

It is located 20 minutes walk from the Sacré Coeur in a real Parisian district (very few tourists), with many good addresses: restaurants, markets, shops for Parisians. Close to the Saint-Ouen flea market.

Two metro lines a few minutes walk away:
- line 4 (Simplon station) very convenient because it crosses Paris from north to south (direct Gare du Nord & Gare de l'Est, Les Halles, Chatelet, Saint Michel, Saint Germain, Montparnasse...). 15 minutes from Chatelet and 20 minutes from Saint Germain.
- line 12 (Jules Joffrin station): direct line to the Champs-Elysées, the Musée d'Orsay, the Invalides...
- Vélib station at the bottom of the building.
RER from Roissy Charles de Gaules (45 minutes) and Orly metro (45 minutes).
