The property:
Our newly renovated Mandarinenhaus is three-quarters surrounded by the forest, yet is only a 5-minute walk from downtown Murrhardt.
Located right on the “Feenspuren” hiking trail, 10 minutes from Römersee, and very close to the Römerturm and the Limes, it offers numerous opportunities for short and long hikes and bike tours.

The cottage stands all by itself on a plot of nearly 3,000 square meters within a protected landscape area, and your only neighbors are a stream and an access road to the hiking parking lot—ensuring plenty of peace and privacy.

There are 5 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds available, including 3 double beds (160x200 cm), 1 single bed (120x200 cm), and 1 bunk bed for younger or older children (2x90x200 cm). Bedding is provided, as are towels.

A bathroom with a toilet, a separate toilet, a new kitchen, a dining room, and a large living room in the attic offer plenty of space for small groups or families, as well as for a romantic getaway for two. There is also a small terrace. The access road to the hiking trail runs past the terrace.

There are about 6–7 parking spaces on the property, so plenty of room; the access road to the house is a paved gravel path. The house is supplied with water from a spring and has its own small wastewater treatment system. We’ll be happy to explain this unique feature in more detail when you book. A wood-burning stove is also available to add a romantic touch to the central heating.

You’ll find a traditional local half-timbered house built in 1932 with three stories, featuring a functional bathroom and toilet, as well as newly furnished and renovated living and bedroom areas.
