Upladin Vacation Rental with Balcony in the Berolina Building in Dahme
Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.
This cozy, well-furnished one-room vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex. The apartment has a living area of approximately 37 m² and is suitable for up to 2 people.
The bright, combined living and sleeping area is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, and a space-saving fold-out bed (approx. 2x 90x200 cm). A TV and radio provide entertainment during your vacation. You’ll also find an open, well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen bar separates the kitchen from the living area and also serves as a dining area. The interior bathroom features light-colored tile and is equipped with a bathtub. The covered, furnished balcony faces the lake, allowing you to marvel at the sunrise. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
