plenty of storage space in the closet or dresser for your vacation wardrobe,
a comfortable wingback chair for a relaxing hour of reading
- direct access to the balcony, which is furnished with lounge chairs
- a fully equipped kitchenette with a convection oven with grill function, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher
separated from the living area by a counter with 2 bar stools
- a modern, bright bathroom with a large shower (low-entry),
towel warmer, mirror, and hair dryer
The apartment includes a covered parking space.
Swim in the building’s own swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (rackets are provided in the apartment), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!

You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in House An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Houses An and B. In House D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee). Car parking space No. 202, covered, located under Block D.
IMPORTANT – Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11 in 2027!
