Family-friendly thatched-roof house in a vacation home community, about a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach, children’s playground nearby, 1 large terrace facing south and west with 2 separate patio doors, attractive patio furniture, 4 lounge chairs, 1 beach chair, 1 large umbrella, grill, spacious lawn area—ideal for children. High chair available; living area approx. 130 sqm, including a bright, spacious, furnished living-dining area of 47 sqm with TV and Blu-ray player. Wi-Fi is available. 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 of which have double beds (1 double bed 180 x 200 / 2 double beds 160 x 200—always with separate mattresses), 1 room with twin beds (80 x 200); all bedrooms are equipped with a TV and insect screens.

The beds are suitable for people with allergies.
