Welcome to the Rosengarten. This bright two-room vacation apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Westerland and offers the perfect base for a relaxing vacation on Sylt. The beach, downtown, shopping, restaurants, and even the golf course are all nearby—everything is conveniently close by.
The apartment underwent a high-quality renovation in 2026 and features a bright, clean design. The open-concept living area enhances the spacious and comfortable atmosphere. Particularly lovely is the spacious, west-facing terrace, which opens directly onto the lovingly landscaped garden. Here you can enjoy the afternoon sun and wind down your day in a relaxed atmosphere. Roses, lilacs, and mature trees lend the garden its very special charm.
The approximately 40 m² living area seamlessly combines living, dining, and cooking spaces. The modern, open kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the living space and creates a bright, friendly atmosphere. The newly renovated bathroom, with its modern amenities, provides additional comfort.
Families with a baby or toddler are also very welcome. There is plenty of space for a crib, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing family vacation. Your well-behaved four-legged friend is also welcome upon prior notice and is more than welcome to accompany you on vacation.
During your stay, a washing machine and dryer are also available for shared use.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house as well as in the immediate vicinity and can be used free of charge. Experience has shown that there’s almost always a free parking spot available here.
