This bright two-room vacation apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Westerland and offers the perfect starting point for a relaxing vacation on Sylt. The beach, downtown, shopping, restaurants, and even the golf course are all nearby—everything is conveniently close by.
The apartment was extensively renovated in 2026 and redesigned with great attention to detail. Light colors, clean lines, and modern furnishings create a calm, harmonious living atmosphere. The apartment features a beautiful, west-facing terrace overlooking the lovingly tended garden. Enjoy the afternoon sun here and let your vacation day come to a relaxed close in the evening. Roses, lilacs, and mature trees create a green, peaceful atmosphere and give the garden its special charm.
The approximately 40 m² vacation apartment features a separate bedroom, a bright living area, and a closed-off, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom, like the entire apartment, was redesigned during the renovation and ensures a pleasant living experience.
Families with a baby or toddler are also very welcome. There is plenty of space for a crib, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing family vacation. Your well-behaved four-legged friend is also welcome upon prior notice and is more than welcome to accompany you on vacation.
During your stay, a washing machine and dryer are also available for shared use.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house as well as in the immediate vicinity and can be used free of charge. Experience has shown that there is almost always an available spot here.
