Located in a prime spot right on the beach promenade in Timmendorfer Strand, the Auszeit am Strand vacation rental welcomes you! You’ll be staying right on the waterfront—you can’t get any closer to the water than this. Right next to the house, a path leads to the beach promenade, which opens directly onto the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The Puck Bakery is located on the first floor of the building. The center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many cafés and restaurants, also begins almost right outside the front door. Pharmacies, bakeries, and banks are just a short walk away.

The living room features a cozy sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
The separate bedroom in the Timmendorfer Strand vacation apartment is furnished with a double box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a second flat-screen TV, and a large closet.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub.
