Management a joke.
The house itself is nice and roomy. Effort had been made in the garage for the children but ultimately a failure due to uneven flooring not allowing for proper game play.
The management for this place is the worst I have ever dealt with. When we arrived the cleaning team was still there.. I say 'team' it was actually one person.. he quickly left when we got there. Upon arrival we came across the bbq which was filthy and not been cleaned. The hot tub was also empty and again not been cleaned. You could tell the house had not also been cleaned very well. Hardly surprising having only one cleaner for such a large house with bbq and hot tub. When I complained about this I got told we had checked in early which we absolutely had not. I sent screen shots of check in time and I was ignored. We asked every single day about the bbq being cleaned as there was not even cleaning tools or supplies to clean it ourselves. By day 4 (we booked 5 nights) we noticed a brand new set of cleaning tools on the bbq when we had come back from exploring. No message to tell us they had dropped them off and also quite offended they wanted us to clean it ourselves after saving and paying for a holiday and my husband already having to clean and fill the hot tub himself and go on a mission for the chemicals for it. On top of this the 'fully equipped' self catering holiday home did NOT have a one single baking tray to use the oven. No oven dishes. Nothing. I again messaged and was told they do not provide baking trays and we need to purchase them from the shop?.. The outside area was covered in screws?? .. AND to top it all off they took TWO deposits from my bank.. told me this was not the case and is impossible, I of course was right and they admitted this but no apology. I mean in all fairness I could probably carry on with all the mishaps and mistakes from the management team but I would be here all day. I would stay well clear, even the most of amazing properties wouldn't be worth the stress of this management.
