The apartment was clean and well maintained. instructions to get in were easy to follow.
The sofa bed was not the most comfortable. In addition they did not provide bedding or pillows for the sofa bed (just a duvet without a cover), staff wasn’t very helpful either.

The apartment was immaculate, even though it was in the centre of the city and I travelled alone, I felt safe, the hosts sent be details for free parking areas and clear instructions on how to find and enter the property. It was super modern the bathroom and kitchen had everything you need and more and the location to the city centre was excellent. It is also very spacious
More pre warning that a security deposit is needed.

I love how up to date the deco was and how homely it felt being there.
The cold air coming from the main door.

Just the location was ok.
Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the apartment was far from what we expected.
First of all, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Everything was dirty, and the shower was a complete disaster. The water pressure was extremely low, and the temperature kept changing from boiling hot to freezing cold. My wife couldn’t even wash her hair properly.
The kitchen was also poorly equipped. There wasn’t even a single bowl for something as basic as oatmeal or salad, and there wasn’t a proper kitchen knife to cut vegetables, chicken, or anything else. On top of that, the kitchen faucet was broken.
The sleeping arrangements were another major disappointment. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the so-called “sofa bed” was definitely not a proper sofa bed. To make matters worse, it was positioned directly underneath the stairs, making it almost impossible to sleep comfortably without risking hitting your head.
We contacted the host immediately to report these issues. It took them two days just to respond, saying they would get back to us. Unfortunately, we never heard anything further, and absolutely nothing was done to resolve the problems.
Despite all these issues and the inconvenience they caused during our stay, the host even refused to offer any compensation.
Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially considering the lack of basic amenities, poor conditions, and complete lack of customer service.
I would definitely not recommend this property.
