Het water werd niet echt warm in de douche. Het werd niet echt donker (voor de sterren) prijs - kwaliteit???

We had such a great stay at Sunset Agafay Resort. From the moment we arrived, everything felt very personal and well organized. The transfer was easy to arrange, and we were welcomed with a Virgin Mojito before starting an amazing quad tour for the two of us. The ride was so much fun and the views across the Agafay Desert were incredible.
A special mention has to go to Hamid. His service was genuinely outstanding. He was incredibly attentive, warm and proactive throughout our stay, without ever making it feel forced. We always had the feeling that making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves was the priority. That made a huge difference. A big thank you as well to Abdullah and Rashid, who were also very kind and helpful.
We were lucky enough to get an upgrade with a private pool and an amazing view, which made the stay even more special. The main pool itself also has a beautiful view over the desert. Breakfast was extremely generous and really delicious, and dinner was excellent too. We paid around €45 per person for dinner and felt it was absolutely worth it. At one point during the day they even surprised us with a complimentary strawberry smoothie, which was such a nice touch.
Overall, it was one of those stays where the setting is beautiful, but the people make the experience. 10/10 and absolutely recommended. Thank you again to Hamid and the whole team for taking such good care of us.
