The views from the rooms are spectacular. The shared facilities are well looked after and the staff (especially Rima and Mohammed) were so lovely! I had the best massage from a beautiful soul called Ouafa - the best one I had in Morrocco

I want to thank you Mohamad that made our experience fantastic. He went above and beyond to provide us the best service ever. He was friendly, knowledgeable and such a great photographer 😄. Camp is stunning, lovely show and great food. I highly recommend.

Food was absolutely fantastic.
Rooms were very spacious.
Staff are trying their best to be as helpful as possible - does not always result in great service.
Pictures do not reflect what the camp actually looks like. If you are an aspiring Instagram influencer and require some profile pictures - this is the place for you.
The pool is freezing, we were the only ones swimming on a day that's 31 degrees outside. This compared to the next hotel we stayed in Marrakesh where the pool was heated at a hotel costing a fraction of the price, it was disappointing.
Live music at night - again, trying their best but it was unpleasant to have guys drumming and singing so loudly that you cant hold a conversation at the dinner table.
No beers - no alcohol is to be expected in Marrakesh but then to have white and red wine available but no beers was surprising. Once again - the next hotel we stayed in was far better equipped to deal with international travellers.
One room had no hot water as they forgot to change the gas... For a hotel at this price I would have expected them to check this before we arrived. Again a small niggle but leaves a lasting impression. They did however give us 50% discount off our food during the stay to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the hot water situation.
