Excellent location, lots of room, lots of fun for the kids, close to everything.
Upon arrival started off rocky as the keys were not in the right place but Our host was brilliant, sorted it as quick as he could and made sure we were compensated and brought the whole family dinner on the first night and a late check out. Thank you Isaac 🙏
The reception staff were very rude upon arrival because it was an air bnb we booked and not an actual hotel room. They had the keys and made things very difficult because it wasn’t “their job to take care of us” understand it’s not their job, but a little compassion and understanding doesn’t cost a thing and to do the right thing.
