После оплаты бронирования вместо инструкции по заселению мне прислали договор аренды. Они настаивали, что я должна подписать договор аренды и заплатить депозит, о чем ни слова при бронировании на Букинге не было. При это даже размер арендной платы и размер депозита, который я должна была бы заплатить, нигде не был указан. Я обратилась в Букинг и он уверил меня, что я ничего не должна платить и пытались связаться с объектом, чтобы все уладить - объект не отвечал. В результате, в день заселения с чемоданами человек стоял на улице и ждал до последнего, когда же объект пришлет инструкции - их не прислали. Спасибо Букингу - он помог совершить новое бронирование и заселиться в другом месте. А потом вечером объект прислал дежурное письмо со словами: "Мы рады, что Вы успешно заселились!" Это было похоже на злую шутку или издевательство - мне не прислали инструкции по заселению, не ответили на письма, не ответили на звонки Букинга - а потом присылают такие письма. И еще важный момент - в этом их "приветственном письме" было указано - "внимательно осмотрите жилье - проведите фото и видеосъемку на предмет возможных повреждений, чтобы не было проблем с возвратом залога и пришлите нам данные до 20.00". Ирония была в том, что это письмо пришло в 20:02. То есть они сделали так, чтобы жильцы не уложились в отведенное время и заведомо лишились депозита. Остерегайтесь!
