Location close to the congress center

The place is very close to the congress center. And tram is around, so the city center is easy to reach as well. For parking we used the big parking house next to the conference.

Un veritable desastre. Dèficit de neteja i manca de manteniment. NO HI ANEU!!!

Res a l'apartament fou agradable per la manca de manteniment, cura i neteja. I no té aire condicionat

L’apartament està en un estat deplorable. No hi aneu ni de gratis! Com ja es diu en comentaris anteriors (Desembre/2025, març/2026 i maig 2026) l’apartament està en un estat deplorable. Manca neteja i manteniment. A sobre la propietat pretén que el vàrem trobar en mal estat per culpa dels anteriors inquilins i hem comprovat que molts dels dèficits detectats ja hi eren en els comentaris citats. Els més destacables: - Sense llum a la cuina perquè l’interruptor està trencat (de fa temps) - Diversos endolls pengen, malmesos, de la paret (ja es comentava el maig-26) - La rentadora no funciona (comentari del maig-26) - El classificador dels coberts està destrossat (com a foto de maig-26) - No hi ha estovalles, ni paper de cuina, ni suficient paper WC (comentari del desembre-2025 amb resposta de compromís de resoldre-ho no realitzada) - No hi havia tovalloles de bany, sols una tovallola petita per persona - Restes de menjar a la cuina i dins la nevera (que fa temps no es neteja) - Poca cura amb el mobiliari (citat el desembre del 2025), amb llit d’una de les habitacions defectuós i cortines que arrosseguen més de mig metre per terra (ningú s’ha preocupat de retallar-les a mida) - El dispensador de sabó de mans no funciona - Dèficits greus de neteja: o Vaixella bruta (fins i tot amb gots enganxifosos) o Targetes, tovalloles i altres estris d’anteriors inquilins als armaris o Brutícia de molt de temps sota l’estora i en molts racons, inclosos els 3 ventiladors (que mai han netejat) o Cadires sobre les taules o Pot de brossa sobre el lavabo o Pot de brossa de la cuina sense bossa Davant les nostres queixes l’intent de resolució d’algun d’aquests dèficits (ni molt menys tots) ens va implicar pèrdua de temps i haver de permetre entrar a l’apartament a personal de neteja i electricista, fet inadmissible.

L'emplacement

Appartement très décevant — hygiène et entretien largement insuffisants Dès l'arrivée, nous avons dû tout laver nous-mêmes : les draps dégageaient une odeur suspecte et des cheveux étaient visibles sur les taies d'oreiller (commentaire similaire sur Booking d'un locataire précédent, que les propriétaires ont visiblement ignoré). La machine à laver n'essorait pas, ce qui a rendu la chose encore plus compliquée. L'état général de l'appartement était préoccupant : poussière au sol dans plusieurs pièces, taches sur le canapé, vitres sales, toilettes non nettoyées et qui fuyaient, et surtout des traces de moisissures dans plusieurs pièces, dont la cuisine et deux chambres. Côté équipements, de nombreux problèmes : la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, des prises électriques étaient branlantes voire pendaient du mur, la machine à café indiquée (Senseo) était en réalité une Nespresso en mauvais état (donc les capsules achetées en prévision ne correspondaient pas). Dans la cuisine, des restes de nourriture traînaient encore dans les placards. Enfin, aucun produit de première nécessité n'était fourni pour 5 personnes : un seul échantillon de gel douche, pas de produit vaisselle ni de pastilles lave-vaisselle. Les portes grinçaient beaucoup. Seule la salle de bain était dans un état correct. Ce niveau d'entretien ne correspond absolument pas aux attentes pour ce type de location. Enfin, et certainement pas de la responsabilité directe de l'hôte mais à noter tout de même : hall d'entrée très sale aussi avec tas de vêtements sales empilés à même le sol dès notre arrivée. Un avant goût de ce qui allait suivre donc. Nous ne recommandons vraiment pas.
